Louisa is a 200hr+ yoga teacher and chartered psychologist. Her mission is bring to yoga and wellbeing knowledge and practice to people who may not have discovered the benefits of yoga before, or are returning to Yoga.
Specialising in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga, Louisa also builds in flows and salutations throughout the classes and the benefits of regular yoga become apparent. Before long you are hooked into making yoga a big part of your life.

Sunday: 9.30am-10.30am Tower Hall, Ipswich

Yoga classes in Suffolk
I'm so excited that you are here to find out about Yoga in Ipswich, Suffolk. I offer a range of classes and workshops at a number of venues across Ipswich, Felixstowe, Kesgrave and Woodbridge and further into Suffolk.
I love to introduce people to Yoga, eventually you discover a wider path and the amazing benefits of focusing on Yoga and wellbeing.
Louisa is a 200 hours qualified from Yoga Alliance and 300 hours qualified with World Yoga Alliance.
She has also completed further training with:
