Join in our Yoga and Pilates workshops, which are a great chance for you to prioritise your own heath and wellbeing. Spend the morning or full day enjoying the best of Pilates from an experienced Physiotherapist followed by Yoga taught by myself - 200 hours qualified Yoga and Psychology teacher. But the day isn't about us it's about you! We plan the schedule around those that have booked on, ensuring everyone leaves feeling fully relaxed and energised. Plus we have the food delivered from a local supplier, to ensure you leave ready to enjoy the rest of your day.

Join us at PAUS in Cambridgeshire for a beautiful warming day enjoying Yoga, Pilates, lunch and outside bathing in beautiful hot tubs and saunas.
Your day will include the following:
Gentle Pilates, Relaxing yin yoga, stretch and meditation,
Meditative nature walk,
three course lunch (V/VEG/GF options)
Afternoon using bathing facilities.
