Welcome to September (late August at time of writing!)!
This is such a strange time of year, trying to navigate the end of summer and clinging onto the wonderful days we have been having, yet also aware that the children are back to school and ready for the routine that it brings with it. Or if school timetables are not a major influence in your life there is still a notable change in seasons as we move forward into Autumn and the shorter days and cooler nights.
Anyway one we can make it easier in times of change to focus on the things we can control, our exercise, our diet and ideally our sleep patterns.
Come and join me for a Yoga class this September. I am super excited to be adding more themes, flow's gentle poses and breathing exercises to my range of classes. These are all aspects that come from yoga that can benefit any part of our day to day lives.
And to welcome you back to class this September you can save £5 off any booking made in September. The class itself must be taken before the end of December, but of course you will be back before then!
